●About RLC●

RLC<Raffles language center> is the language school providing Chinese courses to foreigners in Suzhou and Shanghai. It has been 4years since it was establish in 2007 in Suzhou.
In this page, we will introduce RlC in detail

① Where is the RLC?

RLC is located in the center of Shanghai ,where is just next to The Jing' an Temple at Jing’an District of Shanghai(3 minutes from subway station on foot).

Jing’an temple is the center of shopping and business of Shanghai. So there are many people gathering from all over the world such as Japanese, America, German, French and so on. It has multicultural atmosphere and it is a very energetic area.

Also there are two RLC schools in Suzhou ,One in Suzhou SIP(HQ), another one in Suzhou SND. RLC SIP is located in the center of SIP, and RLC SND is located in Shi-Shan Rd which is the main street of SND.

②No need to worried about communication

RLC staff are all Chinese but can communicate with others in English fluently.
So if you have any problems you can contact us in English.
We are willing to answer the questions for you , even after you finished Chinese course in RLC.

Of course, you can try your Chinese skills by speaking to them in Chinese


③RLC teacher
we emphases the quality and stability of Teacher. we recruit the teacher who have enough experience and certificate to teach Chinese,
even after they come to RLC, we give them the RLC teaching training first(way of Teaching and service)
they try to fit the customer need and like to listen your feedback about RLC lesson.
we are not agent for teacher and classroom so we do the management of quality of lesson through the student feedback.

All our teachers are professionally-trained in the field of Chinese language in order to teach foreigners.
When you come to RLC, we will have the RLC level test first, and then make a suitable course schedule for you. After you finished your class , you can tell your opinions to us about RLC Course.
We will improve our service and level through your opinions.


④ No need to pay registration fee
We do not need any registration fee.
When you start RLC course, you only pay money for your course and textbooks.
If you register more than 2 seasons or your family members and friends are already RLC students, you can get 10% discount.
And of course if you demand a refund because of going home or other reasons, we will refund all remaining tuition , so please do not worry about it.


⑤The regulations of cancel
You do not need pay the cancel fee as long as you cancel the lesson 4 hours before your lesson.
We know people who are working in China are busy so we make the more flexible and reasonable.


⑥what if the students have any dissatisfaction about lesson and RLC itself?
When you have any dissatisfaction or feedback about lesson and RLC itself, you can talk to our receptionist anytime.
We are keen to meet your demands to make you enjoy lessons and achieve language improvement.
So once you have any feedback about us, we will share the information immediately and improve it.

●How to start lessons in RLC●
①Inquiry
You can send the email to our RLC or directly call us.
of course you can come to RLC(3 branches),then our receptionist will explain to you face to face.

②Questionnaire
For the arrangement of your demo lesson, we will ask you some easy questions about you.

③Preparation for demo lesson
In order to arrange demo lesson for you , we need to do a easy test about your Mandarin or English level.
This is very important because when we do the demo lesson, we need to think about curriculums depending on you level.

④Demo lesson
We arrange the demo lesson depending on your need and time schedule
and you can see how excellent our teachers are!

After you finish the demo lesson, we will introduce our curriculums in detail
and recommend a suitable learning curriculum to you.

⑤Decision
After you finish demo lesson, we will give you the recommended time and learning plan, then you can start to consider whether you take lesson or not.
We never push you to sign up the lesson course, you can take your time to consider well
once you decide to take lessons, we can start your course according to the schedule and plan.
